So my fd mother's rights have finally been temrinated and yes I am happy. Not because of my selfishness but due to the on again off again nature of her mothers affections towards the child. Mom just cant seem to stop drug abuse and finally just disappeared. (For the 2nd time in 1yr)! Here in NC it has taken almost a year to become licensed.
We became NC Licensed Therapeutic Foster Parents, probably a month ago. I thought there was such a great demand.We expected to be contacted as soon as we were licensed..
Now I guess we just wait for our agency to put us to work..
